A quick guide to how ordering works with us, from placing your order to the moment it's on its way.
Made to order
Most TRIBEKANNA pieces are made to order, crafted especially for you after you place your order. Please allow 3–5 working days for production before your piece ships, with a little extra time on larger orders.
How to order
You can order in two ways: check out securely with a card on our website, or send your selection to us on WhatsApp and we'll guide you through it. Either way, we'll confirm your order before production begins.
Changes & cancellations
Need to change or cancel? Reach us within 12 hours of placing your order, and before production has started. Once our team begins making your piece, the order is locked in and can no longer be cancelled.
Urgent orders
Working to a deadline? Please message us to confirm timing before you order, so we can let you know whether we can meet your date.
