Shipping & Delivery

How, and when, your TRIBEKANNA pieces are made and reach you, at home in Nigeria or anywhere in the world.
Production time
Most TRIBEKANNA pieces are made to order, so they're crafted after you order rather than pulled off a shelf. Please allow 3–5 working days for your piece to be made before it ships.
Larger orders take a little longer, add roughly 3–4 working days for sizeable orders so every piece gets the same care.
Delivery within Nigeria
Once your order is ready, delivery timeframes are:
Our studio is based at 10 Shasha Road, Dopemu, Lagos, Nigeria.
- Lagos, 1–2 working days.
- Rest of Nigeria, 3–5 working days.
International delivery
We ship worldwide, primarily via DHL and Topship. International delivery times depend on the courier and your destination, and we'll confirm the estimate for your country when your order is placed. Customs clearance in the destination country can occasionally add time, which is outside our control.
Shipping costs
Shipping is calculated based on your destination and the size of your order, and is confirmed before your order is finalised, so there are no surprises at delivery.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders, any import duties, customs charges, or taxes set by the destination country are the customer's responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local rules before ordering.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll share tracking details where the courier provides them. You can also check progress any time on our Track Your Order page using your order reference and email.
Delays & couriers
Once a parcel is handed to the courier and tracking is provided, we're not liable for courier delays or for lost or stolen packages, but we'll always help you follow up with the courier to resolve it.
Refused or failed deliveries
If a delivery is refused or repeatedly missed and the parcel returns to us, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery. Return and reshipping charges will apply.
