About these terms

These terms apply to your use of the TRIBEKANNA website and to any order you place with us. By browsing the site or placing an order, you agree to them. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery policy, and Returns & Refunds policy.

Our products

TRIBEKANNA pieces are designed and made in Lagos, Nigeria. We offer both ready-to-wear items and made-to-order pieces created to your measurements.

Because our garments are handmade, slight variations in colour, finish, and detail are natural and are part of their character. Product photos are intended as a faithful guide, but screens vary, so exact shades may differ a little in person.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. Made-to-order stock is limited, and we may withdraw or change pieces at any time. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you to arrange an alternative, a remake, or a refund.

Pricing and currency

Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira and can be displayed in other currencies using the on-site switcher as a guide. The amount actually charged is processed in Naira, and your bank's exchange rate and any fees will apply for international cards.

We take care to price everything correctly, but if a clear error occurs we reserve the right to cancel an affected order and refund you in full.

Placing an order

You can order in two ways: by sending your selection to us on WhatsApp, or by checking out with a card on the website. Sending an order or completing checkout is an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we confirm your order and, where applicable, your payment is received.

Payment

Card payments are handled securely by our payment partner, Paystack, and are verified before an order is confirmed. We never see or store your full card details. For WhatsApp orders, we will confirm the total and accepted payment methods with you directly.

Made-to-order pieces

Made-to-order and bespoke garments are produced specifically for you, to the measurements you provide. Please confirm your measurements against our Size Guide before ordering, as these pieces are not eligible for return on the basis of fit or measurement choices. Production timelines are shared at the time of order.

Shipping and delivery

We ship within Nigeria and worldwide. Timeframes, costs, and any duties are set out in our Shipping & Delivery policy. Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed.

Returns and refunds

Where a return is possible, the conditions and timeframes are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Please review it before ordering.

Intellectual property

All designs, images, text, logos, and other content on this site belong to TRIBEKANNA or our partners and are protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.

Acceptable use

Please use our site lawfully and respectfully. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that could harm TRIBEKANNA or other customers.

Our responsibility to you

We stand behind the quality of our work and will always try to put things right. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with an order is limited to the value of that order. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of Nigeria.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published here, with its date, is the one that applies to your order.
