Our Process
Last updated: June 2026
Every TRIBEKANNA piece is made by hand, in stages, with care at each step. Here's the journey your garment takes, from a length of fabric to the piece that arrives at your door.
01 — Fabric & Fastener Preparation
Every fabric, lining, and fastener is carefully checked and prepared before production begins. (Day 1)
02 — Pattern & Cutting
Patterns are prepared and fabrics are measured and cut with precision to ensure consistency and minimise unnecessary waste. (Day 1–2)
03 — Sewing & Construction
Each piece is carefully assembled by our makers, with attention given to fit, structure and the details that define the garment. (Day 2–3)
04 — Finishing & Quality Control
The garment is pressed, finished and carefully inspected. Where required, pieces are dry-cleaned before they move to packaging. (Day 3–4)
05 — Packaging
Once approved, your piece is carefully prepared and packaged, ready to make its way to you. (Day 4–5)
